In a situation where you log out of your account and cannot remember the option in which you used to sign up (phone number, Facebook, Twitter, or Gmail), kindly send an email to support.boomplay@transsnet.com with the following details:
1. Your Boom ID
2. Your Birthday (as inputted when you registered)
3. The device (phone) you used to register. E.g Tecno.
4. Date of the last login (Could be the month).
Once these details are verified, you will be sent a message stating the medium you signed up with so you can log in again.
