How to Redeem Gifts.
Kindly note the gifts are available on Fridays, 10 am Nigerian time. Scroll through the Gifts to redeem and please read through the rules and instructions before you redeem so you can understand what it entails.

How to change Address/Phone number
You may need to change your phone number (Airtime credit) or address of a location where you want your redeemed gift delivered. It is advisable you do this before heading to redeem the gift. Redeeming a gift before changing these details could lead to the cancelation of a successful redemption.
Please note you can initiate this change a day or hours before the rush for the redemptions starts at 10 am Nigerian time, remember, the point mall is based on the fastest finger, first come first serve basis. Also note, the status will remain as "Pending" as this channel is constantly open for you to initiate a change whenever you desire. As long as you do it BEFORE you redeem a product.

Track your Point Usage and Orders
You can track your point usage and see if your points are being added for every function you carry out on the app. All you need to do is to tap on the points history icon (1):
